Will my Laptop fit?
Our Lapdog will accommodate a 12.75" x 10" x 2" computer.
The Laptrap, DataKeeper and BackOffice will accommodate a 14" x 11" x 2" computer.
Our larger BIG BackOffice will accommodate a 15.75" x 12" x 2" computer!

What size are the other pockets?
Laptrap • 2 side pockets - 11.25" x 7" x 1" each (the 1" dim will expand a bit though)
BackOffice • 2 side pockets - 11.25" x 7" x 2" each (again..the 2" will expand a bit) • 1 large rear pocket - 13.25" x 11.25" x 1.5"

What if my laptop doesn't fit the way I like or decide the case won't work for me?
We offer a 30 day return policy during which time you may return your order for any reason at all.

How long will it take before my order ships?
If your order is placed before 1pm (eastern time), we make every effort to ship it the same day. In some rare cases, the order will ship the next day. If you are at all concerned with the timing of your shipment due to up coming travel, please call us at 888.662.4300.

Do you have corporate or education discounts available?
We do offer both types of discounts. Please call 888.662.4300 for quotes. Edu discounts are for schools purchasing directly through us and not individuals.

Will any of the cases fit my G4 Powerbook?
All of our products will accommodate the 15.4" G4, with the Laptrap, BackOffice and Datakeeper doing the best job. Our BIG BackOffice and Laptrap Grande will accommodate the new larger 17" model!

What is your warranty?
All of our products are built to last a lifetime. Consequently, we offer to the original owner, a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If one of our products ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by misuse or accident.

Will these cases actually make me cooler?
In many cases yes, but we obviously can not control your ability to actually be cool....but you will definitely be cooler than your friends who don't have a portable office. =) Our cases will however allow for cooler operation of your laptop via our non slip riser pads which not only provide better airflow below your computer, but also prop it up at a subtle angle for a more ergonomic stance. So, if you are only worried about your lap being cooler, the answer is definitely yes!

Will these cases only work on my lap?
Of course not. You may use all of our products on your lap or desktop surface equally well.
