All Shaun Jackson Design (SJD) cases carry a Limited One Year Warranty. Each bag is manufactured under the highest standards and is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for the Original Owner (proof of purchase is required). "Original Owner" is a person who purchased the bag from Higher Ground or Authorized Dealer. Any bag purchased from a private person or from a dealer not authorized by Higher Ground is specifically not covered under this warranty.

This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the bag and does not apply if the bag is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, negligence, or if the bag is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover wearing or materials or components which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal "wear and tear" of the product.

If one of our products ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace it with the same or comparable bag. In the event that the same or comparable bag does not exist, SJD will issue a store credit based on the most recent MSRP for the damaged item (or purchased value if an original receipt is presented with the return).

SJD shall have no liability or responsibility to the Original Owner or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by SJD products. Except for the express warranty stated above, SJD makes no other warranties with respect to the bags, expressed or implied. SJD reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice.

All returns must be sent to SJD at the Owner's expense.

If an item is returned for repair, we will ship the item back to you at our cost. (domestic US shipments only, international customers are required to pay for their return shipping)
